From this Wednesday the 1st until next May 31, the Tourism Delegation of the Chipiona City Council organizes the 5th Caracol Route, which will take place in Chipiona throughout the entire month of May. A total of 28 local hospitality establishments will serve this typical dish of our area. In the words of the Delegate Councilor of the Area, Mr. Francisco Javier Query, “we organized this event with the aim of not only publicizing this product, which is already known throughout the province, but also with the aim of promoting the gastronomy of Chipiona and supporting the local hospitality industry.” The route brings together a total of 28 establishments and they are the following: Bar “El Potalazo”, Restaurant “La Pañoleta”, Bar “Pide y Come”, Bodeguita “El Rincón”, Bar Hermanos Gómez, Bar Casa Manolo-Peña El Chusco , Pio de Regla”, Bar “Tumi”, Restaurant “Ocho Patas”, Bar “Casilla II”, Bar “Canilla”, Bar “Franqueza”, Bar “El Chico”, Bar “Casa Lucas”, Bar “El Botellín”, Bodegón Mariño “Periky”, Bodegón “El Purga”, Bar “Los Gallos”, Venta Aurelio and Venta “Derby Chipiona”. The exact location of all establishments can be found by scanning the QR code on the official sign. Each participant has their own recipe and will offer it in the format and at the price they consider appropriate, since there is no fixed price stipulated for this dish.
